• 90-minute introductory session 
• (5) 50-minute follow-up sessions
• Charting kit (Justisse Method: A User's Guide, basal thermometer, charts and stickers)

$60  Additional 50-minute follow-up session as needed 

These rates are discounted and will only be available during my supervised practicum.                                                                                                                                   

What to expect

The introductory session is fast-paced and includes the Justisse Method fundamentals. We cover the scientific basis of fertility awareness, how to observe your signs of fertility, and how to chart. 

Follow-up sessions are focused on your learning process and your unique reproductive health situation. We cover your charting questions, correct use of the method, the menstrual cycle as a health-monitoring tool, and what your unique charts reflect about your reproductive and general health. I offer evidence-based nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to help you improve imbalances and achieve vibrant cycles. 

Depending on your goals and the health of your cycles, our process may require 5-9 follow-up sessions. I expect that we will meet every 2-3 weeks at first and decrease the frequency of appointments as you become more confident with the Justisse Method. 

Details

Sessions are held online or in Fort Collins, CO. I welcome the presence and participation of a significant other and/or a support person at our appointments. I am available to answer questions by phone or email between appointments. Please provide a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Fees are due at the time of service.
